What if finding peace didn't always require changing the people or situations around you, but began with changing your relationship with what you carry within?
Sometimes, we unknowingly hold on to old hurts, guilt, resentment, regrets, and unresolved emotions. These experiences can influence how we feel about ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us.
Ho'oponopono offers a gentle, reflective practice to help you acknowledge these emotions, cultivate forgiveness, and reconnect with love, acceptance, and inner peace.
Join Soma Chatterjee for an experiential workshop where you will not only understand the practice but also learn how to incorporate it into your everyday life.
The practice
What Is Ho'oponopono?
Ho'oponopono is a Hawaiian practice rooted in restoring harmony, reconciliation, responsibility, and forgiveness.
While traditional Ho'oponopono involved guided family reconciliation, contemporary personal practices have made its principles accessible for individual reflection and emotional well-being.
At the heart of the widely practised modern approach are four simple yet meaningful phrases:

I'm Sorry.
An invitation to acknowledge pain, difficult emotions, and patterns that may need attention.
Please Forgive Me.
Creating space for compassion, understanding, and the possibility of forgiveness.
Thank You.
Cultivating gratitude, acceptance, and appreciation for life's experiences.
I Love You.
Reconnecting with unconditional self-love, kindness, and emotional acceptance.
Together, these phrases can become a meaningful daily practice for cultivating greater emotional awareness, compassion, and peace.
